Los guionistas responsables de Iron Man planean un refrito de Highlander, pero parece estan medio perdidos en el porque de la popularidad de la película y serie.

"I would hate to think that people viewed 'Highlander' as a sword fighting movie because it's much more than that," he said. "The issues of an immortal falling in love with a woman and knowing she's going to grow old and die in your arms, those are very romantic issues to deal with."

Highlander es básicamente buenas peleas con espadas, descabezados, la idea de que al final solo quedara uno y muchas referencias a Escocia con pésimos acentos.
